Every business has one purpose: To make the customer happy. What is happiness? Maslow has answered that for us: It's to move up on some area of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
Make customers happy, they exchange money for that. Make them happier, and they’ll exchange more money for it. It's that simple.
Forget “utility", forget “value”. It's happiness, plain and simple.
